From Self-Discovery to The Gala Pilates Experience

For Grete, wellness began as a deeply personal journey. After more than eight years in the sales and marketing industry, and following the birth of her children, she decided to turn her greatest passion — nutrition and wellness — into her purpose. What started as a personal path toward balance and self-care soon grew into a mission to help other women reconnect with themselves through mindful living.
As a certified holistic and integrative nutrition coach, Grete believes that true wellness is not about restriction — it’s about femininity, self-love, and inner peace.
“It is my philosophy to first prioritise peace within ourselves and our emotional needs,” she says.
Through her signature “One Month for All Life” program, Grete has guided women toward a healthier relationship with food, movement, and self-acceptance. She understands that transformation doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens when women feel supported, inspired, and seen.
This belief gave birth to The Gala Pilates — a concept that moves beyond the traditional studio. It’s a celebration of movement, balance, and feminine strength, curated in beautiful spaces that invite connection, calm, and confidence.
Each Gala experience brings women together to rediscover grace — not just in how they move, but in how they live.
